Earth Day 2016

We celebrated Earth Day with the most perfect weather.  Alex and I sat out in the driveway during nap time and drew pictures (thanks Pinterest) to pose with later.

Then we got to FaceTime my mom, Grandma, Sarah and Liz to say hi.  My Grandma has been struggling with short term memory loss so it's always great to see her for a bit even if it's just on the phone.
and this yummy sweet baby I'm obsessed with.  I can never get enough of him, stay little!!

Texas Day

We went on a fun date night with our friends that live down the street and that are in our ward. We went to a yummy Thai restaurant and than ice skating at the Galleria.  It's a really small rink and we all got board fast.
Sunday Selfie
Sacrament snuggles.
The boys had Texas day at preschool so we invested in some Payless cowboy boots.
They both get so excited when I buy them new things, so cute.
So excited for Texas Day!!

My poor Mom shattered her wrist right after she came to visit for her Birthday.  She was getting lunch takeout at Rumba, sitting on a stool waiting, and fell out of nowhere.  It's been 5 months since it happened and she is just now going back to work.  It's been a long road and she still doesn't have complete movement in her wrist.  She had to wear this bar on her arm for 6 weeks, so awful.

Spring Fun

We started a new Sunday tradition of taking a family selfie. We'll see how long it lasts
I got to try out High Fitness which is this popular new workout in Utah.  Super fun.
Happiest Baby ever, I can't even handle it he's so cute.
First swing date after preschool.
My helper Alex

That week we went to the Spring Carnival at Pink Elementary where Alex will go to school next fall.
The most popular thing was getting your arm wrapped by some Instacare company.
Ending the night with snocones and no shoes, love these two.

33 Years

My 33rd Birthday started out a little slow.  I really wanted to go to the gym, but my workout was ruined by Brady pooping and then he had to eat.
I got some fun text and fb messages.  This one from my friend Laura was my favorite.  We used to eat these peppers all the time together.
My car was getting fixed at Ford so I spent the rest of the morning there trying to get our car and 3 car seats back in the car, nightmare.  I would have much rather been shopping at the mall or at the spa.
We met Al for sushi lunch and it was a little chaotic with all of us.  My friend Celeste dropped off this adorable all pink gift.
Obsessed with this round squishy baby
Al said he had dinner reservations for us and to get a babysitter.  It was the first time I had left Brady with a  babysitter so I was a little nervous.  Al had planned a surprise date night with a group of my friends at an Escape Room.  When we pulled up to the building I was so confused and then we walked in to this dark room and I saw my friend Kristins purse, haha.  They put us in a room with a Zombie and we had 1 hour to escape.  We had to piece the puzzle together and every 5-10 minutes the Zombies chain would get longer and if he touched you than you were out, but none of us got touched so we all made it out with a few minutes to spare.  Afterwards we had a yummy sushi dinner  in Plano.  Al tried to talk me out of having sushi for lunch and now it makes sense.
It was a lame day and a fun night, haha.  33 here I come!!

Groupon Fail

I bought a Groupon for a little zoo called Sharkarosa Wildlife Ranch.  We went one afternoon and it was so random.
They trick you into buying a bunch of food to feed the animals when you walk in and to "donate" for parking.
We waited a long time to ride this tractor that takes you around the farm to feed the animals.
Nursing Brady everywhere we go
Alex was excited about the zebras.

It was super windy and dusty, not a dreamy zoo experience and as Al said a Groupon fail, haha.
At least we got to spend time together as a family!!
