Black Knights 2016

We hosted Alex's soccer teams end of season party at our house.  We had yummy food and lots of fun swimming.
Almost big enough for the Ergo
All these cute soccer players
Alex and his trophy!!  I signed him up for this season last minute when they had an opening on his old team.  Most of the season was spent running around in circles, picking grass and watching it blow in the wind, but the last couple of games we kept telling him if he got a goal we would take him to the Dollar Store.  One of his last practices he scored a goal so we had to take him, haha and then his last game which only Al was at he scored a goal and Al said he thought it was starting to click for him and good news he wants to keep playing.  Love you Alex.

Great Wolf Lodge

I've heard so many people talk about Great Wolf Lodge so when I saw it on Groupon I snatched it up!!  We got Al to take a Thursday afternoon off and went and spent the afternoon and evening swimming away.
We took turns sitting with Brady and breathing in the chlorine fumes
Lazy river with Dad
Sweet sweaty Brady taking a nap
This was one of their favorite things to do and they did it over and over
It was a quick little getaway and they all slept horrible in the hotel room, but it's always fun to spend time together and make fun memories.
On the way to dinner Cole was done and wouldn't wake up,  sleepiest kid.
I actually think it was cinco de mayo so Torchys Tacos was the perfect dinner spot.
That night we went to story time with the hotel characters, the kids slept horrible that night, we went to the waterpark the next morning, got chick fil a on the way home and we all took naps that afternoon at home.

Mothers Day 2016

I told Al I wanted an Apple Watch for Mothers Day so on Saturday night we headed to the Apple store.  Cole is so funny because he fights naps, but still desperately needs them.
Seriously can't believe I have 3 boys, my oh my how life changes in the blink of an eye.
After the mall we took the boys to a Chinese buffet which they loved.  5 months later they are still talking about the buffet, haha.
Sunday morning was so cute, so many cute and creative gifts.  Alex gave me a stack of pictures he had been coloring along with his adorable flowers and vase he made at preschool and then Coles cute picture frame and picture of him he made.
Al ordered this foot bath, had the boys give me arm massages, and then I got to put on a face mask.
So cute and sweet, love them so much.
Sunday Selfie!!

We also let the boys help make a cake for Mothers Day which turned out amazing.
Mothers Day dinner....Al on his phone (always), Cole just being Cole, Alex (never sitting in his seat), and Brady just looking around.
We fed Brady rice cereal for the first time and he loved it.
and the cutest papers from primary

So grateful and happy to be their Mom.  I'm so very thankful I have the opportunity to stay at home to watch them learn and grow.  Best Mothers Day ever

Cole And Mom Day

We started naming T,W, TH Cole and Mom days.  It's so great to be able to spend one on one time with each of them.  One morning I got to take Alex to Kindergarten orientation and they took them on a tour of the school. It flooded me with memories of elementary school and feelings, I hope he loves it and makes lots of friends.
Dentist appointments with no tears or cavities, yay.
Cutest and lovable Brady
Cole cracks me up.  He says the funniest things and also is so sweet and cuddly.  Al always tells me we are going to butt heads later in life, but he might too if he was with I'm 24/7 haha
I went to one of Cole's chapel sessions at school, so darling.

Brady 6 Months

At 6 months Brady is.....
Rolling over consistently
Sits in a high chair with us at the table now which he loves
Got his first bottom tooth right at 6 months and his 2nd one came in a week later
At 6.5 months he started taking 2 consistent naps
Still sleeps in our closet in a pac and play but only sleeping 4-5 hour stretches
Loves baby food especially rice cereal, squash, sweet potatoes, and carrots.
Licks his lips at me when he's ready to nurse, haha
Will not cuddle or lay on your chest, Al and I've tried everything.  Even when after I nurse him at night he would rather just be put in his bed than snuggled.

Sleep Deprived

How have I never had a baby that starts sleeping through the night? When I look at this picture I look so tired and rightfully so waking up 3 times a night to breastfeed Brady.
Tired again, haha.
We took the boys to Top Golf one morning and they loved it.
Cutest Brothers, can't believe they are all mine.
Smiliest baby ever
I'm not sure if Alex actually likes the golf or just eating the chips and salsa.  Either way it's so much fun to spend time together.
Just the  boys
Date night with Al in lower greenville and Steel City pops for dessert, so much fun.

Random Fun

I've been trying to find something for both of the boys to do at the same time so I signed them up for a trial Marshall Arts class.  Cole ended up loving it but Alex didn't so maybe well try again in another year.
We went on a walk on the new trail by our neighborhood and it was so pretty.
Cutest Brady in the Lakers jersey we got for Alex.
Real life picture

Not ok with all the snakes I've seen on this trail
Bedtime snuggles and chats
Alex's last soccer game of the season and good news he scored his very first goal, so awesome.
