The Bazaar

Last week I went to the Bazaar with Lindsey and Victoria. I think they purposely make everything bizarre so you will say that is so bizarre. I swear I said it at least 10 times during dinner. The restaurant was super sheek and trendy plus they played good music which always adds to the experience. We started off our dinner with yummy drinks. I had the virgin cotton candy mojito. They bring out a glass of cotton candy and pour the drink over it, so yummy. Too bad it wasn't free refills :)
The menu is all Tapas, which is always fun since you get to try a lot of different things, but notso fun when the portions are miniature. Our first Tapas was the Olives Modern and Traditional. The Modern were amazing. They were almost jello like and as soon as you put them in your mouth they pop and its the best olive taste ever.
Next up was the Tuna Ceviche and Avocado Roll, jicama, micro cilantro, and cocunut dressing
I loved the flavors and textures. It did not disappoint
Philly Cheesesteak
Sea Scallops with Romesco Sauce
Picture break....notice the tiny tapas on our table
Beef Hanger Steak piquillo pepper confit, natural jus
Cotton Candy Foie Gras which was very different. I was wishing there was more cotton candy when I was done.
Tortilla De Patatas "New Way" potato foam, egg 63, caramelized onions

Yellowtail

King Crab Steamed Buns pickled cucumbers
After our amazing dinner experience we were taken to another room for dessert. They showed us the chocolate sculpture of the week. I stared at it for like 5 minutes thinking no way that is all made out of chocolate.
Lindsey had this amazing....Nitro Cocunut Floating Island with Passion Fruit and Vanilla
The dessert bar to make all your selections
and my dessert which was very Bizarre to say the least. Hot Chocolate Mousse with pear sorbet and salty hazlenut praline
It was a great dinner and I can't wait for next months!!
