Al's 33rd Birthday Weekend

We took Grandma Cameron on the new trail by our neighborhood and saw this massive snake which Cole almost rode his bike over, yikes.  We also haven't been back since we saw that.
That night Al and his Dad got into town and we had a fun couple days celebrating Al's birthday and spending time with his parents.
We took a tour of the US Mint in Forth Worth which was amazing.  No cell phones or any devices so we took a picture before we walked in.
Al's parents had never been to Bucees so we stopped at the new one in Fort Worth
They finally got their stuffed Bucees they've been eyeing forever and Grandpa got his mini Buccee
I had babysitter for that night so we could go to dinner with Al's parents and celebrate Al
33 years old and so very thankful for him
We had been talking about buying a playground set for a couple months and randomly found out that Costco was seeing their floor model but the one by us was out of it so Al tracked one down in Lewisville, rented a trailer and went to pick it up.
So excited for their new playset
Our last fun activity was a tour of Cowboy Stadium

Locker Room
Seriously so amazing
I made them take this picture because I don't feel like Al has any pics with just his mom, so here it is!
Cutest Brady in the press room
I told Al we should come back in 15 years and take this same picture.  It was a great weekend filled with lots of fun activities, we love visitors.

Alex's Preschool Graduation

I signed up to be on the Graduation Committee which was a stressful for a bit, but it turned out great and it was fun to meet some new moms.

My cute graduate Alex

Al ended up having in New Jersey for work, but we were so happy to have Grandma Cameron in Texas to celebrate with us.

You just never know what is going to upset Cole
but he can go from tears to my happy Cole in about 10 seconds

The graduation was so cute, they had each kid walk down the aisle and then bow when they got their diploma.  He looks upset in this picture but he was happy and did great.
I'm not sure where soccer player came from but maybe he'll play again in the fall

His adorable Playful Pony class.  Can't believe he's going to Kindergarten.

Rainbow Corner

When we first moved to Texas I was so worried about preschool being 5 hours instead of 3, but the boys have done well and we love Rainbow Corner.  This year Alex was in Playful Ponies with Ms Pam and Ms Jill
I was a little hesitant at putting Cole in at 2 but he loved it and was so excited to be a Laughing Lion

Shelly came to visit for Alex's preschool graduation and Al's Birthday so the first day we took her to go see Angry Birds.  It was in a XD theater which is extra loud so I wrapped this blanket around Brady's ears and of course he just chilled and was great the entire movie!!

Austin or Dallas

I was having a hard time deciding if we should stay in Dallas or move to Austin. We decided last minute to take one more trip to Austin to see some houses and see if the decision felt right.  We found one that was ok, but ultimately I decided I just couldn't move again for a couple more years.   I feel comfortable where we live and in our home now.  I like our schools, Drs, our ward is ok, and I just couldn't stand starting over again especially since Al is gone so much.  On Sunday we tried to go hike Hamilton Pools but you have to make a reservation May-September so we drove down the road and walked along the water.
Austin is so much prettier and cooler than Dallas, yes we could have moved here from the beginning.

We finally made it to Oasis Cafe and the views were totally worth it, wow so pretty.

I alway second guess my decisions and I think I will when Al starts school and he could be going to school in the same city we live in, sigh. Somedays I wish we could just move back to Utah and then I would have support from both of our families while he is working or at school.

Florence

The only baby food Brady didn't ever really like was green beans and peas, my best eater yet.
Alex got a kite for his birthday so we went to the elementary school to fly it in the windy Frisco sky.
Cole and Alex ask daily to hold Brady, I love it!!
Jess had her baby, so so exciting!!

Brady having issues with his play gym
I bought some sidewalk paint that they loved especially my artist Alex
Always into anything art related
Bought a new highchair, but decided I liked a different one better, Al loves when I do stuff like that.
Selfie with my chubby Baby Brady, please don't get bigger.
and Florence and the Machine with Diane.  Al was supposed to go but of course had to go out of town, I'm not sure why I even plan things anymore because it seems like this is what always happens.
Good thing Diane made a fun date, we loved it and had so much fun singing to Florence.
